When is my birthday if I was born on February 29?

If you were born on February 29th (a leap day), you were born on the 60th day of a leap year. In non-leap years, this day doesn't strictly exist on the calendar. Common practice is to celebrate on February 28th (the 59th day) or March 1st (the 60th day). Legally and culturally, this varies, but you complete a full age year after February 28th.
