How to calculate age difference manually?

Calculating the difference between two dates is similar to calculating your own age:

1. Identify the two dates (Date 1 and Date 2).
2. Determine which date is earlier and which is later.
3. Subtract the earlier year from the later year.
4. Adjust for months and days: if the earlier date's month/day hasn't been reached in the later year relative to the later date, subtract 1 from the year count and count the remaining months/days.
